Let’s face it, with so much technology in the hands of the consumer, marketing departments are scrambling to rethink how they too can leverage technology to improve the buyer experience while getting a leg up on their competitors. There are several trends in CRM marketing that are worthy of consideration. Here are my top 3:
We have all heard about the customer journey. To date, most analytics tools only have been able to provide geographic and demographic type statistics. However, with advanced tracking tools and ability to leverage big data, it is possible to track the customer on their journey across smart devices. You can even get a sense of their intent or propensity to engage with or seek out a solution that you offer. Since the client journey spans multiple access points you can even improve the interactions by learning from their experience on each touch point.
Artificial intelligence coupled with its companion cognitive technology can drive several benefits to marketers– such as improved customer retention and higher customer satisfaction. Combining these tools can provide deeper insights into customer behaviour linking their Web-browsing data with information such as client reviews and information collected in a call centre.
Marketing automation software sector has already been around for some time and has seen rapid increases. The next big thing is that will compliment it is content marketing software. Once prospects are in the CRM database, content marketing leverages landing pages and dynamics emails to further personalize marketing to those prospects.

COVID-19 has resulted in the transformation of office environments to facilitate what has been called a “new normal” for workers.
Working during this time features a higher percentage of stay-at-home workers, office-environment signage and traffic-flow products designed to maintain the physical separation of onsite workers.
The elimination of meetings and common areas are typical of most offices, and the continuous and ongoing sanitizing of printers, copiers and other jointly used equipment is all part of the new work reality.
