The Endeavour Team has been great in assisting us in our upgrade to Business Central. Marvin and Jeff are very knowledgeable and helpful in the initial discovery meeting. Also Steve and Scott were so great in helping us with the miscellaneous items that came up. The project team that was assigned to us Sandra and Lynn are always so on top of things, and Lynn is always ready with a solution to our issues and requests in the initial planning. Our team is somewhat new to Endeavour. So far they (Brittni, Adam, Mohammad and others) have been responsive and knowledgeable for the support cases that we have submitted. Marvin was also very knowledgeable in getting us setup.
Chad and Matthew from Endeavour have been an asset to our migration from a local Microsoft Exchange server to Office 365. Their detailed understanding of the MS environment as well as the technical challenges we had made for a supported and successful migration. Tammie and I worked on a project together for the last couple of months and I honestly can’t wait for our next project together! Tammie is so knowledgeable, friendly and just a very down to earth good person! She is quick to respond, takes the time to walk you through what she is doing, explaining the whole process to you so you understand and are able to troubleshoot it in the future if needed. She has no problem adapting to changing situations and quickly coming up with different solutions when the first one doesn’t work. In July of this year, my company switched to Endeavour and their GP Support, North American team of consultants. Most of our requests have resulted in quick-fixes which seem simple, but often took days/weeks and multiple sessions from our previous GP partner to solve. A quick thanks to Adam, Thargelia, Nick, Mohammad and any others who I might have missed. An extra thank you to Adam for all the help with our multiple issues that have happened over the past two weeks. Your quick responses and knowledgeable support has been great.

They recently also migrated our email and files to the cloud with Microsoft Office 365. The Office migration went very smoothly because of the great support we received from Chad and Matthew.
